- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.
- All orders/ products which are personalized/customized cannot be cancelled.
- If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of date of cancellation.
- If we receive your cancellation request after your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- For other non-personalized/ customized orders, please mail email@example.com within 24hrs of placing the order with your order ID. The cancellation will only be processed provided the production or dispatch has not been initiated by the designer and is at the sole discretion of the designer. Our support team will confirm the same. If cancellation is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 6 to 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the same source through which the original payment has been made.
- If you receive a damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID and a picture of the product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging and tags) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Customer will bear the shipping charges associated with return/exchange.
